Corporate On-Site Service Rates
These rates apply to customers who have a domain-based network server.
There is no additional fee for Corporate On-Site Service within our local service area.
An Extended Service Zone fee will apply to customer located outside of our local service area.
Generally this includes locations more than 12-15 miles away from the center of Raleigh, Cary, or Durham.

Half-Day Discount Rate can be prorated up to 7.75 hours; Full-Day Discount Rate can be pro-rated up to total hours spent on-site in one day (over 8 hrs). ****Billed in 15 minute increments after one hour minimum. Our Corporate Service Agreements allow businesses to better budget IT expenditures by contracting for service, maintenance, and/or monitoring of their systems on a monthly basis. These plans also provide generous discounts and priority service by our network technicians. Ask your Tech Wizards service coordinator about our Service Agreements when you call. |

INTERNAL COMPONENT INSTALLATION OR PASSWORD RESET - We will come to your location and install any one of the following items in a workstation computer (no servers) or reset a workstation BIOS or server Windows logon password for a flat rate of $99**. An Extended Service Zone fee will apply to customer located outside of our local service area. Please see our Service Areas page to determine if your location is within our local service area.
