We come to your home, office or business
QUICK SERVICE CALL SCHEDULING - We can usually schedule a service call at your home, office or business the same day you call for service or the next day or two, depending on what time of day you call and technician availability. We'll get to you as soon as possible, and we do offer both "Rush Service" and "Emergency Service" for an additional charge.
HOURLY AND "FLAT RATE" PRICING - In order to provide you with the most economical service possible, we offer most of our services on an hourly basis, billed in 15 minute increments, with a 1 hour minimum. This means you pay for the time actually required by the technician to provide your service, rather than an inflated flat rate price that is often based on "worst case scenario" repairs.
For some On-Site Services we also provide flat rate pricing when it will offer our customers the best value. This is especially true for simple services that may not require an entire hour of labor in order to properly provide the service requested. This helps keep the expense of repairs performed for you by our professional technicians as economical as possible and circumvents our normal "one hour minimum" labor charge for simple, quickly completed services.
