OPEN PRICING - Unlike many of our competitors, we post all of our service rates right here on our web site.  We have no hidden charges or unexpected fees.  Be wary of other tech support companies who list their minimum prices and, in small print hidden at the bottom of the page, add "extra charges may apply".

SPECIAL RATES FOR RESIDENTIAL AND SMALL BUSINESS CUSTOMERS - We consider a "Corporate Customer" as one with a domain-based network server running a server operating system.  All other customers are considered "Residential/Small Business Customers" and receive a lower service rate than do our Corporate Customers since they usually have more simple technology environments and don't require the more advanced technical skill sets as do Corporate Customers.

COMPETITIVE RATES - We offer top-quality professional service with all of the skill sets and resources of our national competitors at significantly lower rates and with much quicker, faster service.  For example, GeekSquad^© charges a flat rate of $299 for on-site virus/spyware removal; we offer the same service to our residential and small business customers for as little as $129 and we guarantee that the price will never exceed $279 (this includes our On-Site Service Charge).
