• "Call Me" means that we are currently taking remote support calls.  Click on the "Call Me" button to anonymously call us free of charge.  Again, the initial call is free; you only pay once your questions about our service have been answered.  Also remember that if we don't fix it, you don't pay!
• "Arrange" means that we can usually provide remote support within a few minutes of your request.  Click on the "Arrange" button to send us an email with your service request.  The Ether system will call both of us within 15-30 minutes to arrange your remote support service (we never see your phone number).
• "Schedule Appt" means that we are not currently providing remote support.  However, you can click on the "Schedule Appt" button to arrange a remote support session during normal business hours.  Again, we never see your phone number.

We normally provide remote support between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM (Eastern) Monday through Friday.

Desktop/Laptop Remote Support is $30 per half hour

with the first half hour paid in advance with a credit card.

Server Remote Support is $50 per half hour

with the first half hour paid in advance with a credit card.
