Residential/Small Business On-Site Service Rates
These rates apply to residential customers and home office/small business customers with no domain-based server.
*On-Site Service Charge - A $30.00 On-Site Service Charge
will be added to all Residential/Small Business on-site service calls.
This fee may be higher for customers located outside of our local service area.
Generally this includes locations more than 12-15 miles away from the center of Raleigh, Cary, or Durham.

INTERNAL COMPONET INSTALLATION - We will come to your location and install any one of the following items for a flat rate of $99** (this price includes our local service area On-Site Service Charge).

An Extended Service Zone fee will be added for customers outside of our local service area.
*** Some laptop keyboard replacements require more
extensive labor and will be charged at our hourly rate.
SOFTWARE INSTALLATION OR PASSWORD RESET - We will come to your location and install up to 3 software programs for a flat rate of $99 Installation CDs, DVD's or previously-downloaded installation files are required and must be provided by the customer. This service does not include the downloading of installation files or software updates. All software must be properly licensed. We also will come to your location and reset your Windows Logon or BIOS password for a flat rate of $99. These flat-rate special prices include our local service area On-Site Service Charge, however an Extended Server Zone fee will be added for customers outside of our local service area). Thank you.

Our technicians can provide telephone-based support and/or access your computer remotely via the Internet (a working broad-band Internet connection is required) in order to perform many repairs or show you how to do what you want to do on your computer.
