provide service to the largest geographic area at the most
competitive rates we have established the following service
zones.
| Local Service Zone: There are usually no
travel charges for locations within the cities of
Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach and the immediate
surrounding areas.

| Extended Service Zone: Service Calls outside of the "Local Service
Zone" described above will incur an "Extended Service Zone" charge to
cover the additional travel time and travel
expense. The cost of this charge will depend
on your location.

| Service outside of our Extended Service Zone: Service Calls
to addresses beyond our "Extended Service
Zone" may be available but those appointments will incur a $15 "Out Of
Service Area" charge to
cover the additional travel time, plus an additional mileage
charge of $0.50 per mile from your address to the center of Wilmington (as
determined by our mapping software) to cover the additional travel
expense. Call to find out if service is available
to your address and if so we will quote the travel
charges to your address. |
