"Server-Based Network" Rates

ON-SITE SERVICE RATES FOR "SERVER-BASED NETWORK" CUSTOMERS

About Our Rates: Because of the additional expertise required by a server-based network, our rates for customers with a domain-based network and/or a server running any version of Microsoft's Windows Server operating systems (referred to as "Server-based Network" customers") vary from those for home users and small businesses that do not have a domain-based network or a server running a server operating system (referred to as "No Server-based Network" customers). 

• Hourly Rate - $135/hour for one on-site tech; $99/hour for each additional tech (if needed) - Billed in quarter-hour increments after the first hour.
• 1/2 Day (4 Hour) Rate - $459 for one onsite tech; $399 for each additional tech.
• Full Day (8 Hour) Rate - $799 for one onsite tech; $699 for each additional tech.
• Most service calls will only require one technician on site. Larger and/or more complex jobs may require two or more on-site technicians. In those cases, we have reduced the per-hour rate of the additional on-site technicians.
• "Pre-Paid Blocks Of Discounted Service Hours" and "Service/Maintenance Agreements" are available to help businesses control and budget their IT expenditures. These plans also offer substantial discounts over our standard hourly and daily rates.
• GREENSBORO & WILMINGTON CUSTOMERS: At this time Macintosh service is not available in your area.
