About Our Rates: Because of the additional expertise required by a server-based network, our rates for customers with a domain-based network and/or a server running any version of Microsoft's Windows Server operating systems (referred to as "Server-based Network" customers) vary from those for home users and small businesses that do not have a domain-based network or a server running a server operating system (referred to as "No Server-based Network" customers).

RATES FOR "NO SERVER-BASED NETWORK" CUSTOMERS

Customers with a one or more computers that may or may not be networked but do

not have a domain-based network or a server running a Windows Server operating system.

Most home users and many home-based businesses or small businesses are in this category.

RATES FOR "SERVER-BASED NETWORK" CUSTOMERS

Customers with a domain-based network and/or a server running a Windows Server operating system.

Many (but not all) businesses are in this category.

RATES FOR MACINTOSH SERVICE

Customers needing a Mac specialist to service their Macintosh computer.

NOTE: Mac service is not currently available in Greensboro or Wilmington.
