Dear Techwizards,
Want to briefly share my experience with your services and your rep, Jim Smith.
I told Jim when he first arrived at my home that the Geek Squad was my first
call, but they put me on hold, redirected me multiple times and did not instill
any confidence that they could handle my job in a timely, affordable and
personalized manner.
That's why my second call was to you. From now on, there will only be one call,
right to you, and I will always request Jim Smith.
Jim was courteous, professional, incredibly knowledgeable and FAST. My problem
was not a simple one, but he expertly troubleshooted and rapidly determined the
best course of action - all the while explaining to me precisely what he was
doing.
He made me feel like I was in very, very good hands. I was confident he could
fix my problem, which turned out to be severe, and he did - very affordably.
But what impressed me the most, was Jim's ability to communicate with me, a
layperson, exactly what he was doing and show me how to avoid problems like this
in the future. His motivation was clearly NOT to "milk"
me for every possible minute or up-sell me to more expensive "solutions." He
fixed my problem quickly and effectively. My machine is running better now than
it ever has - even better than the day I took it out of the box.
Jim is a credit to your organization and an exceptional representative of your
brand. I commend him on his expertise and professionalism, and you for hiring
and retaining a man of his caliber.
I plan on having Jim out to to fine tune our other PCs and my new lap top after
I purchase it. I'm delighted with the work and results. Thanks, Jim!
