[ Zolved Instructions ]
This page contains a link to a tool that can allow Tech
Wizards to remotely access your computer. This process
is completely safe, and the program will prompt for your
approval of the process several times before the connection
is made. This process will only allow this one remote
session, and Tech Wizards will NOT be able to access your PC
in any way once this one session is ended. If you need to reconnect at a later time you
will need to repeat this process and provide the appropriate
approvals. This tool only
works with PCs running Windows operating systems.
First, you need to be in communication with a Tech
Wizards technician. When he instructs you to do so,
click on the orange Zolved box below to
install a small program that will allow a
single remote access session.

You Tech Wizards technician will guide you
through a few small steps to complete the process.
Once completed, the below icon will appear in the System
Tray at the right lower corner of your screen (to the left
of your clock). This icon will be present for the
duration of your remote access session with Tech Wizards.

You can hover your mouse over this icon at
any time to see the PIN for the current remote connection.

Your Tech Wizards technician will now be
able to see and control your screen. When the session
is over the above icon will disappear and there will be NO
WAY for your technician to access your computer again until
you repeat this entire process.
