Here are step-by-step instructions for allowing Tech Wizards to remotely access your computer. 

 

After clicking on the Zolved logo box on the previous page, the following box (or a similar one to this, depending on your version of Windows) should now be on your desktop.  Click on the Run button.

 

The file will download and the following box (or a similar one) may appear.  Click on the Run button again.

 

When this box appears change item 2 to "Control and Browse Files", put a check mark in the item 4 box, and give the secret PIN to your Tech Wizards technician.

 

If this box appears then the "I agree to terms" box was not checked.  Click on the OK button and put a check box in the #4 check box.

 

After reading the contents of this box, click on the Yes button.

 

The below icon will appear in the System Tray at the right lower corner of your screen (to the left of your clock).  This icon will be present for the duration of your remote access session with Tech Wizards.

You can hover your mouse over this icon at any time to see the PIN for the current remote connection.

 

Your Tech Wizards technician will now be able to see and control your screen.  When the session is over the above icon will disappear and there will be NO WAY for your technician to access your computer again until you repeat this entire process.
