Service Hours
Appointment start times are normally scheduled from 8:30am through 8:30pm Mon-Fri (with the last appointment start time at 6:00pm) and 9:00 AM to 5:00pm on Saturdays (with the last appointment start time at 2:30PM), depending on technician availability. We can usually schedule your appointment within 24-48 hours of your call, and we can often schedule your appointment for the same day that you call if you call early enough in the day.
Appointments are also sometimes available outside of the above hours, again depending on technician availability. If you need to schedule an appointment outside of our normal hours please call us; we can often accommodate you. Depending on when you need your off-hours appointment, additional charges may or may not apply. Again, please call for details.
Office Hours
Our phone lines are manned Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm and Saturdays 10am through 2pm, except on major holidays. During all other hours our automated operator can answer many of your questions or take a detailed message so we can call you back during office hours. We respond to all messages promptly.
Regular office hours at our Raleigh corporate office are Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm and Saturdays by appointment only. Hours at our satellite Drop-Off Service locations vary by location. Please see the Drop-Off Service section of this web site for more information.
