Pick-up/Delivery In-Shop Service

In-Shop ServiceWe provide pick-up and delivery service from and to your location for a small extra charge.  Call or text us at 919-841-5506 or click here to complete our online Service Request form to arrange for pickup and delivery service.  Average turnaround time for Pick-up/Delivery Service is 3-5 business days (sometimes quicker).  We do offer both "Rush Service" and "Emergency Service" for an additional charge.  We also offer Drop-Off In-Shop Service (click here for details) as well as On-Site Service where we perform service at your location (click here for details).

The following special $119 flat-rate charges apply to all Pick-up/Delivery Service customers and includes the pick-up and delivery charge (see next section for limitations).  Charges are applied per device serviced.  Please note that these rates do not include any parts charges (which will be extra if provided by Tech Wizards).  These rates do not apply servers.


The following rates and limitations apply to Pick-up/Delivery service (Pick-Up/Delivery Charge is extra)...

PICKUP/DELIVERY SERVICE PROCEDURE (credit or debit card payments only)

Here is the procedure for obtaining PICKUP/DELIVERY service from Tech Wizards...

  1. To save time, complete our Online Service Request form (click here), or call or text us at 919-841-5506 to arrange for in-shop service.  Once we obtain the needed information about you and the service you need, we will create a Service Ticket and coordinate the pick-up of your computer with you.  At this point, a $50 payment (via credit/debit card only) will be required.  The full amount of this deposit will be applied to your total labor charge.
  2. When we pick up your equipment you will be given a receipt listing the equipment we picked up and the amount of the deposit you paid when you called to arrange for drop-off service.
  3. Your Tech Wizards technician will contact you after diagnosing the problem with your equipment to discuss the service needed to resolve the issue(s) unless specific service instructions were provided by you, negating the need for a phone call at this point.
  4. Your technician will then call, text, or email you when service has been completed to let you know the total repair charge and arrange a time to deliver your computer to you, at which point full payment (including the Pick-up/Delivery Charge) will be collected (cash, check or credit/debit card).
