Drop Off Services
Our Drop-Off Service allows you to drop-off your PC (or other computer equipment) for repair at our North Raleigh Repair Shop and pick up your serviced equipment in three to five business days (for most services).
If
dropping off your equipment at our 156A Wind Chime Ct repair shop in North
Raleigh (919 841-5506) just come by any time Monday through Friday between 9
am and 5 pm (except major holidays). Saturday drop-offs are available by
appointment only (call for details). A $50 Diagnostic Fee will be required at the time of drop-off. If you
elect to have needed repairs or service performed then the $50 Diagnostic
Fee will be waived and that amount will be credited toward the cost of your
repairs or labor service charge.

Wind Chime Courtt is off of
Six Forks Rd, 2.5 miles north of North Hills. It is the 2nd traffic light north of Lynn Rd or the 2nd light south of Sawmill Rd. After turning onto Wind Chime Ct, take the third parking lot entrance on the right (when you see the Jamestown Square II sign). Our office is in the center of the office condo building facing the street.

Most repairs can be completed within 3-5 business days but some repairs may
require up to 7 business days.
