Tech Wizards LLC offers web design and web hosting services nationwide. We also provide on-site service calls in the greater Greensboro/High Point/Burlington area. In order to provide service to the largest geographic area at the most competitive rates we have established the following service zones.

Local Service Zone: Other than our $30 On-Site
Service Charge for Residential/Small Business customers, there are no
travel charges for locations within the city of Greensboro, much
of Burlington, and
the immediate surrounding areas.

Extended Service Zone: Service Calls outside
of the "Local Service Zone" described above will incur an
"Extended Service Zone" charge to cover the additional travel
time and travel expense. The cost of this charge will depend on
your location.
This charge is in addition to the $30 On-Site Service Charge
applied to all Residential/Small Business service charges.

| Service outside of our Extended Service Zone: Service Calls to addresses beyond our "Extended Service Zone" may be available but those appointments will incur a $15 "Out Of Service Area" charge to cover the additional travel time, plus an additional mileage charge of $0.50 per mile from your address to the center of Greensboro (as determined by our mapping software) to cover the additional travel expense. This charge is in addition to the $30 On-Site Service Charge applied to all Residential/Small Business service charges. Call to find out if service is available to your address and if so we will quote the travel charges to your address. |
